BIP-91: Cancel zKorp Studio Alignment Payments

On 10-Jan-2025 BiblioDAO granted zKorp 7,000,000 LORDS in exchange for zKorp executing its roadmap and achieving milestones. In the year since, zKorp abandoned its roadmap and has not accomplished a single milestone from the advertised plan. This proposal will cancel the remaining grant stream to zKorp for failing to execute on its agreed-upon program.

The 7,000,000 LORDS grant was made in three parts:

  1. Immediate payment of 700,000 LORDS (10%) settled on 26-Feb-2025 - link

  2. 6-month vest of 700,000 LORDS (10%) settled on 26-Aug-2025 - link

  3. 2-year vest of 5,600,000 LORDS (80%) currently streaming (below) - link

This proposal pertains to the 2-year vest of 5,600,000 LORDS. If canceled, the unstreamed LORDS will return to the BiblioDAO treasury.
