This set of proposals is submitted by Calc on behalf of Lord Bulbhead and Ermakow.

Introduction

We, Lord Bulbhead and Ermakow, are requesting a grant from the DAO to create a high-quality trailer for the upcoming launch of Realms Blitz. We propose two funding options:

$6,000 for a standard trailer or $10,500 for a two trailer package.

Team Background

Our team brings proven expertise to this project, Ermakow has been the creative craftsman behind all of Realms (formerly Eternum) in-game assets for the past two and the upcoming seasons. He also was the Producer of the Realms Eternum Season 1 Trailer. In which Lord Bulbhead led the creative direction and storyboarding. The Trailer took a targeted approach towards the crypto community—specifically the ‘trenchers’—and was overall quite well received.

Proposal Overview

Unlike the previous trailer’s crypto-focused strategy, this new trailer will adopt a more traditional approach, emphasizing an atmospheric presentation of Realms Blitz’s latest features. It will showcase: -New 3D assets, skins, and biomes. -Core game mechanics and gameplay. -The immersive atmosphere that Blitz aims to deliver.

Our goal is to produce a 30-60 second video that excites current players, attracts new ones, and elevates the DAO’s visibility across gaming and crypto communities.

Funding Options

We offer two tiers to suit the DAO’s budget and goals: Option 1 ($6,000) -A 30-60 second trailer that atmospherically presents the game’s new 3D assets, skins, biomes, and game mechanics, and also gives the viewer an idea of gameplay, features & the atmosphere that Blitz is aiming for. -This version would take a broader approach and just lightly mention the connection to crypto, e.g. by mentioning that this game can not die #stopkillinggames

Option 2 ($10,500) -Two 30-60 second trailers that atmospherically present the game’s new 3D assets, skins, biomes, and game mechanics, and also gives the viewer an idea of gameplay, features & the atmosphere that Blitz is aiming for. -The first one not mentioning the crypto aspects of the game in any way and keeping is maximally consumer friendly -The second one featuring more technological aspects of the game like open source community&game development, everything is onchain, everyone playing by the same rules aso. -Two Visually optimized small format versions for phones and short form content platforms like Youtube Shorts & Instagram

The $10,500 two trailer package amplifies these benefits with versatile content for broader marketing impact.

The Trailer would be ready in about 5-7 weeks, depending which option we’re going for. We’re sufficiently confident to have the trailer ready on time, in sync to the Blitz launch.

A second proposal was also published, representing Option 1: standard trailer, in case of both proposals being accepted we will pursue Option 2: two trailer package.
