BIP-76: Cartridge Alignment Proposal

Overview
This proposal, if accepted, will issue a grant to Cartridge Gaming Company, unlocking significant resources for Frontinus House studios and aligning Cartridge with the Realms.World ecosystem.

Abstract
Realms and Cartridge have been closely linked for years, collaborating on both infrastructure and game development. This proposal seeks to formalize that collaboration by expanding the services offered by Frontinus House to include free entry into the Cartridge Incubator Program (CIP).
This would effectuate a significant step forward for Frontinus House, equipping it's grantees with the best possible advantage in bringing their games to market.
Tier-1 studios in the CIP unlock the following services:
Direct Access: Dedicated Channel in the Cartridge Discord to connect with the Dojo Core team Dojo Engineering Advisory and Support: Technical guidance in architecting your game with the Dojo engine including code reviews and support Game Design and UX/UI/Brand Support: Assistance in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing game experiences and core game mechanics Collaborative Go-to-Market: Launch and growth support from Cartridge and our extensive network of partners including Starkware and the Starknet Foundation Funding: Access to non-dilutive grants, credits for Cartridge’s infrastructure Paymaster Support: Cartridge will waive all additional fees on paymaster services for one year from launch date. Base paymaster costs still apply.
Ask
5,000,000 LORDS tokens (1% of the supply) vested over 2 years with a 1 year lock. The total term of this proposal is two years.
Execution
If accepted, please distribute the grant funds to the Cartridge Multisig (ETH mainnet): 0xC09c8905cd3112deE53BbFBdeBC1e9C9963BD325
